Phase One iXM-RS 280F is a dual lens metric camera, with 90mm lenses for capturing RGB information, and providing superior image quality. The iXM-RS 280F camera generates central projection image from two 150MP nadir images with equal ground resolution. The camera’s backside illuminated CMOS sensor supports very high dynamic range at 83dB . This feature enables customers to fly more hours per day and achieve more flights per year, maintaining object resolution in challenging low light conditions.

The iXM-RS 280F offers a large format option with a resolution with over 20,000 pixels across. It provides the highest image capture rate and dynamic range, increasing overall quality and accuracy of the final photogrammetric products.

The new generation of CMOS sensor eliminates the motion blur thanks to short exposure time, enabled by using high-speed shutters (up to 1/2500 sec) and higher sensitivity pixel design. Combined with RS shutter technology, the camera provides highly sharp images overcoming cameras with other FMC capabilities.

As Phase One equipment is built to last, and in order to ensure you experience new levels of productivity and enjoy increased workflow efficiency, Phase One offers extended support and warranty programs to guarantee that your investment is safe.

The Standard Warranty Package

For aerial cameras, lenses, and the iX Controller we offer a one-year warranty that includes the repair of all manufacturing defects free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
For RS lenses shutter modules we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase or 500,000 shutter releases.
The repair time at Phase One service center is 2 weeks excluding shipping.

The Premium Warranty Package

Phase One's standard one-year period for IXU-RS can be extended to the annual Premium Warranty Package that includes expanded services as follows:
  • Uptime unit during the repair period with delivery time of 1 week excluding shipping.
  • Free of charge 500,000 shutter releases maintenance / service with a maximum of one shutter maintenance per year
